What isOUR PHILOSOPHY


Creating the best dinning experience for you & your family.We use local Umpqua milk to make homemade Paneer and our popular butter chicken sauce. Our chickens are free of antibiotics and hormones. We use Real sea salt, no food coloring, no preservatives, GMO free and Gluten free dishes. We use Olive oil, Coconut oil and Rice oil.

Having traveled all over India and learned from great India chefs . I have great pleasure in creating this new menu, as in the old one, are partly based on the principals of Ayurveda, which is the strongest influence on the Indian cuisine, or at least 80 per cent of the Indians, the Hindus.

We use fresh ingredients, dried herbs, spices and flavourings to create sauces and marinades,thecolorful diversity of the ingredients bring each recipe to life.

I would spend days on trawlers, fishing boats and in fish markets to absorb the essence of the culture of which food was a vital part, a part that I wanted to be able to represent accurately.
